Delivery

When your order is getting close to dispatch we will contact you to arrange delivery, as the most important part of delivery is timing. All Deliveries will take 2/3 days when finally dispatched.

All deliveries will be handled by our private delivery service who will be happy to bring your furniture into home but only if there is reasonable access to your property. It is your responsibility to remove fixtures and fittings and consider any lifts, tight stairs door removal etc, also items my be delivered on large vehicles so consider vehicle access (subject to terms & Conditions). Delivery will generally occur within 2 working days.

Times can often be improved in which case you will be contacted by e-mail or phone where possible for a more accurate schedule.

Returns

Although we Endeavour to get your items to you with the up most care, some items you receive may be damaged.

If any item(s) you receive are damaged it must be noted on the delivery note held by the courier at the time of delivery.

In addition we must receive details in writing by e-mail* or post within 5 days of receiving your item upon which a replacement will be sent to you without cost.

If you are unhappy with your item you must let us know in writing by either e-mail or post within 5 days of receiving your item upon which you will receive your payment less the cost of collection of the item*

When will I know when my Item is ready to be delivered?

your item(s) will be dispatched as soon as by the next working day after your payment is received.

If there is any reason this is not possible you will informed via e-mail

If more than one item has been ordered ,will it all arrive together.

Where possible all items will be delivered together, But depending if the item is special order or temporarily out of stock there maybe a small delay, We will keep you updated on all items

Damaged items

Great care is taken with our products in manufacturing ,packaging and delivery, but in the uneventful damage of your item please ensure you keep all packaging and in it's original state so it can re-package and sealed ready for collection, All damages must be noted on the delivery note held by the courier at time of delivery and be reported within 5 working days to which a replacement item will be reordered and delivered to you.

Returns

We will only except general returns with written conformation within 5 working days either by e-mail or post subject to a handling charge. This will be deducted from your returned payment. Any item that as been assembled in part or fully cannot be returned.

Delivery charges

All delivery charges are only calculated into main land England. If this doesn't apply to yourself(s) please contact us to arrange alternative arrangements.
